We offer a way to resolve conflict that is quick and constructive, helping to strengthen work or family relationships.

Being stuck in conflict with someone, whether at work or at home, is stressful and distracting. It feels like an ever-present, unsettling burden to those involved and often those around them too.

In the workplace, unmanaged conflict is damaging to people’s health and productivity. Traditional approaches to dealing with it often do more harm to relationships and add further business costs in time and money.

In families, ongoing conflict can make home life feel like a battleground. Where it has led to a family rift it can be difficult to find a way back from feelings of hurt and anger.
